"The whole experience from designing, choosing, paying and fitting was completely stress-free and effortless for us. Zoe was exceptionally patient and informative at the design stage, her attention to detail was amazing ; she is clearly very experienced in her role. Her suggestions were very helpful and she took great care in going through our choices, prices and possibilities. Keith was an amazing organiser and his efforts to make sure the whole project all ran smoothly from start to finish, were above and beyond what we expected. He was always available, responsive and sensible! None of the problems, such as appliances not arriving on time or arriving damaged from the manufacturers, became our problems as Keith dealt with them all, and the kitchen was fitted, ready and working on schedule. In fact, if any of the appliances were not going to be available on time to be fitted, Keith upgraded them!!! The kitchen fitter Ash was a confident and accomplished fitter who worked to a very high standard. He was clean, polite, friendly and very professional. The kitchen units we chose were not expensive ones, but the finished product looks the business!! Henley and McKay clearly know what they are doing, they do everything well and we are very, very happy that we chose them to do the work."
